Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Our database and file storage providers use encryption at rest for customer data.

Infrastructure

We host our services on major cloud providers with mature, globally-recognized security programs. This infrastructure includes automated patching and 24/7 monitoring.

Payment Security

We use Stripe for subscription billing. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1. Note: End-customer invoice payments are not currently supported.

Data Isolation

Each workspace is logically separated. Access to data is restricted to authenticated users within the appropriate business account, enforced through role-based access controls and tenant isolation.

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability on DetailerBase, we encourage you to let us know right away. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Rules of Engagement

  • Good-faith research only
  • Don't access or attempt to access other users' data
  • Don't run automated scanners that degrade service performance
  • Provide clear, reproducible steps in your report
  • Allow us a reasonable time to respond before sharing any information publicly
